Reserved a car, decided not to purchase. I mean I would have done but I asked the seller if he would take any less and he told me not to waste his time and got pretty rude with me which was a big red flag. Had he simply said no thanks I would have happily purchased the car from him but to be snapped at out me right off. Also, he offers free delivery within a 30 mile radius. He told me this wouldn't happen and I'm to collect car myself. I have now purchased another car, perfect for my needs, same money, delivered within 4 hours from further away than this guy. this seller also accused me of ringing his phone all night which in his words, it's a good job it was on silent! I hadn't called him once during the night! I had only text him at around 10pm to call me in the morning. I have no idea why this man is any kind of public facing role. Completely undeserving of the job.

We were searching with our son for his second car. The team at Excellent Cars provided immediate and professional communication. We were all welcomed and made feel at ease during our appointment. The quality of the vehicle was great and priced the best we could find online. They have loads of cars in stock and well worth a trip.

Brilliant service in buying my first car, super friendly and explained everything really well for me to get a good understanding about the car for someone who doesn’t know much about them. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I went through finance to buy this car, I called up and paid a deposit over the phone but the money was never taken. I called the next day just to let them know that the money hadn't left my bank to be told the Internet was playing up, fair enough, things happen but then the following day my finance company called me to tell me that the mechanic said there were so many advisories on the car that it couldn't be sold which puzzled me because i had paid to do a deep search on this car and it barely had anything wrong with it since it had been made (better to be safe than sorry) so as the garage had said it was too damaged to be sold the finance company told me to look elsewhere for a car. The company did offer me a different focus but the search on that wasnt as appealing, so I went somewhere else and have since bought a car. Now this was over 2 weeks ago and yet its still up for sale on auto trader and their own website. What a waste of time and effort on my part and my finance companies part. I wouldn't waste my time attempting to buy a car from this seller.
