    Poor customer service didn’t get in touch with me for a week and didn’t reply to emails. Car I bought had 12th months MOT 2weeks later took it to my local garage because handbrake wasn’t holding properly cost me £330 to have back brakes and handbrake drums replaced because rear breaks were faulty. Something that should have been picked up on MOT . Which I assume Excellent Cars did the MOT at their Garage.Hmm
