If there were more stars I would click them. I had an issue with a vehicle that I reported within a week of aquiring the car. I returned the car and was supplied with a courtesy car the car was taken away for investigation to investigate what the problem was to 3 garages . They pulled out all the stops to sort but after discussing the issue with Noel I decided to reject the car and look at my options . The whole experience was handle in a very understanding and professional manner . I picked another car and the paper work processed no problem . There was total respect for my views and how I felt , The whole process couldnt have been handled better . Keep up the good work giving respect and guidance to me as a buyer and Im sure to others who buy from your company . I would recommend this company and the team . Both my wife and I are very happy with how things were handled. Perhaps other companies should take a lead from Noel and his team

Yet again, all the team went way beyond what was the usual treatment of customers that the car industry hands out. Our car ate it’s auto box on Saturday, by today they had not only sourced us a car, but lent us a courtesy car until it is ready to collect. All with a great attitude, super professional execution, and very friendly atmosphere. As a family we are so impressed, we will be buying another car from them in a few months, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know, who wants a great car buying experience.

A very professional organisation , above any car dealers we have dealt with in regards to covid. We did go to see a specific car but turned out not to be what we where looking for , no fault of dealer . As delightful an experience as buying a car during the age of covid could possibly be. From the first telephone conversation with Noel, to Richard's brilliantly friendly, professional test drive for my daughter in law, Kathy.
