Shout out to Noel for his great customer service. I had a slight issue with the car after collecting the car, which I reporter, and they were quick to resolve the issue.

Nothing excellent about having no air conditioning in the summer …… During the test drive for the vehicle the cars air con didn’t work and we made it clear that it would have to be fixed before we picked up the car and salesman * Personal information remove by Feefo * assured us it would work. Fast forward a few days and there’s a leak and they said they don’t cover air conditioning in their warranty so I’ve been sold a car with a fault. I phoned them and told them I wanted them to diagnose the air con fault and repair it and they said they can’t do anything about it. Also basic things that should have been done in the MOT like brake lights and a front light were not working. I feel disappointed I chose this dealer.
