Really friendly and helpful staff. No pressure on the sell and made the process really easy with the part exchange. To top it off they give you 12 months mot on it which is a bargin. Highly recommend

My experience was shocking , brought car Weeks ago found two dents on the car repaired one. Then car had to go to Birmingham to body shop, would not give a curteous car I ask because of my wife's disability they told me no. Rung to say car was back got there the job had not been done due to comucation. So now car has to go back again in two weeks by then my warranty will have run out, told them I wanted a another car when it goes again once again told no, but ring Saturday before.The car was not cheap so not letting it go. It's a joke these cars should be checked before they are sold. Disgusting customer care only want your money and sell you insurance at 60 pounds a month.never again will I deal with this company again.
